The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare was excellent. A small group of soldiers and spies are sent on an unofficial mission to sabotage a Nazi supply ship off the coast of equatorial Africa.

Guy Ritchie and Henry Cavill team up again after The Man from UNCLE. We're getting a double fix of Henry hotness as Henry Golding plays another one of the main characters. There's also Alex Pettyfer and Eiza González (I knew I recognised her, she's in 3-Body Problem).

As usual in Guy Ritchie's movies, there's some queer imagery, and Anders Lassen even discusses his taste in men: Freddy Alvarez is his type. ^^

The Principle of Moments by Esmie Jikiemi-Pearson was a lot of fun. In 1812, the time-traveller Obi Amadi, in love with Prince George, comes back to London. In 6066, Asha Akindele must escape the planet Gahraan in order to go save her mother and her sister.

This book had a fascinating plot, but was too long. I don't mind a lengthy book if it has several storylines, but this one started with only two, and then quickly focused on 6066, with only an 1812 chapter here and there.

Similarly, it started with major m/m, but then didn't have much of it any more. Both Obi and Asha are Black. Prince George is anti-monarchy and anti-colonialism.
