Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes

Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes was great. It's the fourth movie of the current series.

I skipped War of the Planet of the Apes because I didn't want to see apes dying (based on the title, I assume many did). Note that Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes also has a few apes dying.

I was pleasantly surprised by a brief appearance of Dichen Lachman.

Oh my god, I remember the third movie and all the deaths killed me. That was so tough to watch. T_T

This film franchise always fascinated me, I know the original Planet of the Apes movie but the newer Andy Serkis ones has been on my radar but I never watched any of them. Eventually I'll make time to sit down and watch them.

I highly recommend the first one, which is more science-documentary-like science-fiction than action-like science-fiction. <3
