Two Worlds

The first two episodes of the BL Thai drama Two Worlds already gave me all the feels! After his boyfriend's death, Khram ends up in a parallel world, where he'll try to save him.

This is Max/Nat's new BL drama (you might know them from Cutie Pie and its sequel Naughty Babe). Max in World 1 is devilishly HOT! And I pity Max in World 2 with Nat puppy-eyeing him all the time and knowing what he's doing, but not realising the full extent of it. ^^

3. How difficult is it for you to learn or understand new languages?

Currently, I'd say a medium level of difficulty. It was easy when I was a teen, but the brain gets old too.

4. If you were going to study a new foreign language, which would you want to learn?

I've been studying Korean for 2 years and a half. I'm not learning a new language until I speak Korean fluently, but after that, it'd be nice to learn some basics in Thai as well.

5. How are you at reading subtitles in foreign films?

Easy peasy. Watching with subs is my default option.

I've always enjoyed languages. The European languages are from school, the Asian languages are on my own.

That scene, before we know he's evil, where he wakes up an puts the knife on Khram's throat. *om nom nom* I thought: poor guy with PTSD, and was ready to cuddle him for Khram to cuddle him. Max played him so well, that confidence was extra hot!

As for World 2, Khram, sweet summer child, your other self was obviously climbing Tai like a tree!

English

Fluent: English
Higher intermediate: Italian
Some basics: Japanese, Korean, Chinese, ASL

3. How difficult is it for you to learn or understand new languages?

It can get rather difficult, especially with a required class for school, and if one is neurodivergent, such as myself.

4. If you were going to study a new foreign language, which would you want to learn?

I would like to perfect both Japanese and ASL, as well as be more proficient in Korean and Italian.

5. How are you at reading subtitles in foreign films?

I'm totally fine with reading subtitles. Watching with subs is my default option with foreign films, especially with anime that don't have an English dub version yet.
