This morning, I went to the town market to see the Asian caterer. He sells what you would find in a Chinese restaurant, but he is from Laos (he's taught me a few Lao words \o/).

And yesterday, I received my mango mochi and my pandan mochi. It'll be my first time trying pandan. I hope I'll like it.

I also have to admit I've never had mochi before but I want to try them eventually.

I haven't tried the pandan mochi yet as I've got a few other things to finish eating first.

They have a few types of mochi in my local supermarket now, so I buy them more often, as there are no transportation fees like that. Otherwise, there are many types on Amazon, including some boxes with several flavours for your first try.
