that's funny :D while learning languages i find myself very taken with puns, and someone theorised that that's why dads make dad jokes, because when their children were learning language they were very taken with puns, and now the dads don't know why they've stopped being very taken with them.

I love puns. A lot of "humour" is making fun of people. Wordplay is much better in my opinion.
