Amazon Prime Video's The Power was as amazing as I hoped it would be. Teenage girls start developing an electrical superpower, which makes them safer from men.

The show focuses on several diverse women and a few diverse men as well. We see how the situation evolves in various parts of the world.

There's a trans woman, an intersex man and several sapphic characters, including a bisexual gangster (I support women's rights, I support women's wrongs).

I read and was intrigued by the book this is based on, so hope to get around to checking out the series Glad to hear that it's good!

If you read the book, I'd like to know what LGBT rep is from the book and what LGBT rep was added for the TV show. Intersex rep in particular is very rare.
