Lupin the 3rd vs Cat's Eye

Amazon Prime has once again several things I'm interested in, so I got myself a month of it.

The first one I definitely wanted to watch was the anime film Lupin the 3rd vs Cat's Eye and it was a lot of fun.

I've never watched Lupin the 3rd, but I know it through fandom osmosis. Cat's Eye, on the other hand, I was addicted to: iirc, I watched the series 7 times! <3 The crossover worked really well, since they're both heist teams. It was also very nice to hear the iconic theme songs again.

Oooooh je suis en train de binge watcher des vieux (et des moins vieux) Lupin et je suis curieuse. C'ets quoi l'idée de base du scénario ?

Les 2 équipes essaient de voler une série de 3 tableaux peints par Michael Heinz, le père des Cat's Eye. Mais ils sont manipulés par une organisation maléfique.

Ca y est, je l'ai vu, et yeah pour les musiques, je suis d'accord !
Aaaah, j'aurais aimé qu'il y ait moins de mentions des nazis, ça suffit à ruiner l'ambiance parfois. Les méchants étaient tellement ennuyeux, genre, je ne suis pas intéressée par leur drama.
Mais c'est OK, j'étais là pour les persos de Lupin et Cat's Eye de toute façon, j'ai eu ma team up entre Zenigata et Utsumi (qui est toujours Quentin dans ma tête)

Ca a toujours été un thème des Cat's Eye, mais chronologiquement parlant, ça marche encore moins qu'à l'époque. Disons que ça doit être des néo-nazis...
