Tibetan Sea Flower
Dec. 17th, 2024 05:14 pmThe c-drama Tibetan Sea Flower (aka Adventure Behind the Bronze Door) was excellent! It's part of the Lost Tomb/DMBJ franchise.
First of all, this series has FIVE Zhang family members... and a few more here and there. I didn't even know this was a possibility? So much competency porn! *fans self*
While there was a deep PingXie vibe in the background, they had few scenes together (here's a fanvid). Instead, this show has actually a lot more PangXie than usual. And of course you can always ship the Iron Triangle as OT3.
I'm just a little disappointed that there wasn't any HeiHua. Between Xiao Hua's cameo at the beginning and their silhouettes in the opening titles, I expected something.
