In How to Bite Your Neighbor and Win a Wager by DN Bryn, Wesley needs a vampire to help him in his investigation of the pharmaceutical company probably responsible for his mother's death.
The romance was cute, but the humour was a bit silly. More importantly, why did most of the plot happen between 75% and 85%? I think this story would have worked better for me as a novella.
There is major m/m, as well as a sapphic character.
