Translation State by Ann Leckie
Translation State by Ann Leckie was a masterpiece. It's a standalone set in the Imperial Radch universe, though I recommend reading the books in publication order if you want to fully understand all the details. This one is partly focused on the Presger Translators (who don't do any translation, so they should be called the Presger Ambassadors!).
There are many non-binary characters, with they/them, e/em or sie/hir pronouns. As for the Radchaai, they don't differentiate genders, so they use she/her for everybody.
If you love this book, check out The Unraveling by Benjamin Rosenbaum, which explores similar themes with just as much brilliance.
