Journey to the West: Red Boy

The Chinese movie Journey to the West: Red Boy was a lot of fun! It gives a redemption arc to Red Boy, the son of the Bull Demon King.

I've seen a bunch of Monkey King/Journey to the West adaptations, but surprisingly hardly any in Chinese, apart from the animated movie New Gods: Nezha Reborn (which is on Netflix France).

Journey to the West: Red Boy has only a little of Sun Wukong in it, but a lot of Nezha. Also, it made me ship Nezha/Red Boy. Sure, Nezha looks like he could be Red Boy's daddy, but they're both centuries old anyway.
